Chef’s Table – Meet Chef Jeremiah Hexamer

Designed and prepared by Chef Jeremiah Hexamer, this 4 course meal is perfect for a hot summer night.
Two glasses of Presqu’ile Rose, Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc will accompany the meal.
Dinner will start at 6:30pm with Roasted Corn and Poblano Risotto moving immediately to a pan seared scallop salad drizzled with a truffle oil vinaigrette. The night’s entree will consist of a slow smoked pork tenderloin and a peppercorn sauce served with sides of fingerling potatoes and broccolini. A deconstructed red velvet cake with marscapone frosting will be the grand finale of the evening.
We hope you have time to come meet our new event and catering chef. Chef Hexamer will be on hand during dessert to meet guests and answer questions. Jeremiah moved his wife and two daughters from Mena to El Dorado and joined our team in May of this year.
The dinner will be held in the VIP and limited seats will be available
